Diversity Kiwanis of Sioux Falls

Responsible for identifying fundraising opportunities and implementing a plan of action.  The Fundraising Committee will coordinate fundraising events to support the club’s mission.

Responsible for recruiting new members, considering all membership applications, submitting its recommendation to the Board of Directors.  The Membership Committee will also provide orientation to new members and develop an induction ceremony for new members as well as promote regular attendance by all members at club meetings.

Responsible for organizing guest speakers whose presentations are relevant to our Club’s mission and purpose. Helps organize the agenda and coordinate bi-weekly educational programs.

Responsible for helping ensure that the public receives, through the media and other means, goals, programs, and achievements of the club.

Responsible for implementing projects addressing the needs of children.  The Club is encouraged to do at least two projects per year.  Plans and implements hands-on projects that focus on children and families of diverse backgrounds.
